YOUR TASK:
Adversarially challenge and stress-test the 3D dimensions implementation in `app/static/bim/index.html`:
1. Execute headless browser stress tests with Playwright / Chrome:
   - Test camera orbits 360 degrees around the box culvert at extreme angles: verify billboard text remains legible, facing the camera, without inverting or flipping backward.
   - Rapidly toggle dimensions on/off 50 times in rapid succession: verify zero race conditions, zero dangling textures, memory stays constant.
   - Resize viewport from mobile (375x667) to Full HD (1920x1080) to 4K (3840x2160): verify no WebGL context loss or crashes.
2. Verify console logs for 0 errors or warnings.
3. Formulate your verdict: APPROVE or REQUEST_CHANGES with empirical evidence.
4. Write your handoff report to: `c:\Projects\DSCons\.agents\teamwork\teamwork_preview_challenger_m1_1\handoff.md`.
5. Send message to parent orchestrator with your verdict.
