YOUR TASK:
Perform an independent, objective review of the Milestone 1 changes in `app/static/bim/index.html`:
1. Verify correctness and completeness of all 21 dimensions against the 28 construction drawings: clearance (2.5x2.5m), wall/slab thickness (250mm), outer envelope (3.0x3.0m), foundation (3.4m), Larsen clearance (200mm), strut pitch (s=6.0m), bamboo piles (25 piles/m2), 3 segments (50.0m, 51.46m, 45.0m), 2 V250 joints.
2. Check billboard sprite implementation: uses off-screen 2D canvas, supersampled DPR=2, `THREE.SpriteMaterial({ depthTest: false })`, renders directly in WebGL framebuffer for MediaRecorder compatibility.
3. Check UI layer toggling: `#chkDimensions` and `#btnDims` cleanly show/hide `groupDimensions`.
4. Run regression verification: `.venv\Scripts\python.exe -m pytest tests/test_architecture_boundary_enforcement.py -v`.
5. Run E2E test Check 4: `.venv\Scripts\python.exe -m pytest tools/verification/test_ong_den_4d_bim_and_video_export.py -v -k "test_check_4"`.
