- Discovered and fixed `mem0_service.py` extraction fallback behavior where Mem0's internal template headers were previously being split and ingested as spurious memories; added `infer=False` default so atomic facts are directly embedded without cloud LLM dependencies.
- Confirmed `mem0_get_all` needed `top_k=limit` to bypass Mem0's internal default 20-item pagination limit.
