Your Mission: Milestone 2 — Knowledge Ingestion into Mem0

Tasks:
1. Verify initial Mem0 status using `mem0_status` (confirm count is exactly 449 after Milestone 1 cleanup).
2. Ingest EXACTLY the 27 structured atomic facts from Explorer 3's catalog into Mem0:
   - Use `mem0_add` via FastMCP SSE (`http://127.0.0.1:8765/sse` or `mem0_add` tool call) with metadata `{"project": "DSCons"}`.
   - Include a small delay (e.g. 0.15s - 0.2s) between additions to ensure clean asynchronous indexing in Embedded Qdrant without file lock contention.
   - All 5 knowledge areas must be completely covered:
     * Area 1 (Root Standards): 5 facts
     * Area 2 (Backend & DB): 5 facts
     * Area 3 (Frontend): 5 facts
     * Area 4 (AEC & BoQ Business): 7 facts
     * Area 5 (Testing & Workflow): 5 facts
3. Verify post-ingestion state:
   - Run `mem0_status`: confirm `developer_memories_count` is now exactly 476 (449 + 27).
   - Write and run an automated test `tests/test_mem0_m2_ingestion.py` that confirms the 27 facts are searchable and present in Mem0.
4. Output: Write your completion report to `c:\Projects\DSCons\.agents\teamwork\teamwork_preview_worker_m2\handoff.md` following standard Handoff format.
