## Key Decisions Made
- Executed 4-phase re-indexing protocol with targeted deletion of 27 obsolete UUIDs followed by ingestion of 27 boosted facts with infer=False and 0.18s pause.
- Replaced `tests/test_mem0_verification.py` with proposed remediated version adding `project="DSCons"` scoping and Recall@3 relevance.
- Synchronized `tests/test_mem0_m1_selective_cleanup.py` to verify count == 476 and 449 non-DSCons baseline, and removed "0202111150" from forbidden strings.
