Your Mission: Execute Milestone 3 Gate Remediation (Atomic Fact Re-indexing & Test Suite Synchronization)

Tasks:
1. Re-indexing of 27 Boosted Facts:
   - Check `mem0_status` (initial count must be 476).
   - Execute the 4-phase re-indexing protocol:
     a) Delete the 27 old DSCons UUIDs from `current_dscons_ids.json` using FastMCP `mem0_delete`.
     b) Verify intermediate `developer_memories_count` is exactly 449 (guaranteeing all 449 non-DSCons records remain untouched).
     c) Ingest the 27 boosted facts from Explorer 3's catalog (§ 3 of analysis.md) with `infer=False` and `metadata={"project": "DSCons"}` (with 0.18s async pause).
     d) Verify post-ingestion `developer_memories_count` is exactly 476.
2. Update `c:\Projects\DSCons\tests\test_mem0_verification.py`:
   - Replace with the validated code from `c:\Projects\DSCons\.agents\teamwork\teamwork_preview_explorer_remediation_1\proposed_test_mem0_verification.py` (which adds `project="DSCons"` scoping, removes false-positive negative assertions, and evaluates expected keywords across Top-3 hits).
3. Synchronize `c:\Projects\DSCons\tests\test_mem0_m1_selective_cleanup.py`:
   - Update `test_mem0_status_count_is_449` to verify count == 476 while asserting that non-DSCons baseline count remains 449.
   - In `test_legacy_dscons_search_zero_matches`, remove `"0202111150"` from forbidden strings (since it's the authentic company tax code).
4. Run and verify all test suites:
   - `python tests/test_mem0_verification.py` (must output scorecard with 8/8 PASSED and exit code 0)
   - `pytest tests/test_mem0_verification.py -v` (must pass 8/8)
   - `pytest tests/test_mem0_m1_selective_cleanup.py -v` (must pass 5/5)
   - `pytest tests/test_mem0_m2_ingestion.py -v` (must pass 6/6)
   - `pytest tests/test_architecture_boundary_enforcement.py -v` (must pass 5/5)
5. Output: Write your completion report to `c:\Projects\DSCons\.agents\teamwork\teamwork_preview_worker_remediation_1\handoff.md` following the standard Handoff format.
