Bản gốc của kế hoạch Step 5 đã rất dài. Để dễ đọc và giữ mỗi file dưới 500 dòng, tài liệu này được tách thành bộ nhỏ hơn nhưng vẫn giữ nguyên nội dung theo nhóm chủ đề.

Các phần trong bộ tách này giữ nguyên tinh thần tài liệu gốc:

- không phá `CompanyOperationalStateResponse`
- không phá `WorkflowReviewRunSummary`
- command center vẫn đi theo mô hình aggregate trước, drill-down sau
- AI planning vẫn là recommendation-first
- SSE chỉ phục vụ pulse và slice, không stream full detail
