### Objective:
Perform rigorous forensic integrity verification of the implementation delivered by `worker_core_1`:
1. Check for integrity violations and cheating:
   - Are any test values hardcoded in source code or AST output?
   - Does `CombatActor` actually receive dynamically calculated stats from `CharacterStatAggregator` in `server_engine_loop.py`?
   - Is `FormulaPersistenceService` writing genuine mathematical AST trees to SQLite, or dummy stubs?
   - Does the implementation genuinely handle tags and conditions?
   - Are there dummy facades or circumvented logic?
2. Run static analysis and runtime tracing:
   - Check AST structure and actual DB contents.
   - Run line-count and hygiene audits (`tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict`).
   - Run tests under `pytest`.
3. Report detailed evidence and issue an unambiguous verdict (`CLEAN` or `INTEGRITY VIOLATION`) in `c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\auditor_1\handoff.md`.
