1. Static analysis: verify that the fixed probe logic in `tools/qa/run_browser_qa_suite.py` genuinely evaluates in-page state and no telemetry values or test outcomes are hardcoded or fabricated.
2. Runtime validation: execute `python tools/qa/run_browser_qa_suite.py --strict`, verify genuine Playwright invocation, genuine Chromium headless process, genuine interaction with `http://localhost:8088/index.html`.
3. Check code hygiene: run `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict` and `python tools/lint/check_i18n_hygiene.py --strict`.
4. Issue a formal binary verdict: CLEAN or INTEGRITY VIOLATION.

Deliverable:
Write your audit report to `c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\auditor_2\audit_report.md` and complete `handoff.md` with explicit Verdict (CLEAN or INTEGRITY VIOLATION).
