  1. Concurrency circumvention hypothesis: Confirmed. `_hmac_query_worker` contains 0 `await` statements; `_publisher_worker` has no yields; tasks execute 100% sequentially without interleaving.
  2. Rate limit bypass hypothesis: Confirmed. Lines 144-145 directly mutate private `_last_send_time` and `_last_message_info` to circumvent spam detection for single-sender requests.
  3. Facade concurrency test: Confirmed. `test_06` asserts counts only, passing despite sequential execution.
