## Forensic Integrity Audit Mission
Perform a rigorous forensic integrity audit on Milestone M3 code changes:
- `tools/stress/chat_load_benchmark.py`
- `tests/unit/test_chat_load_benchmark.py`

Audit for:
1. Hardcoded latency numbers, fake percentiles, or mocked benchmark results.
2. Dummy or facade implementations (e.g. fake tracemalloc delta, simulated fan-out that does not actually deliver to callbacks).
3. Circumvention of concurrency (e.g. running sequentially while claiming concurrent tasks).
4. Fabricated test assertions (tests asserting True without calling actual benchmark functions).
5. Clean code hygiene verification: run `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict`.

Issue a binary verdict:
- `CLEAN` (zero integrity violations detected)
- `INTEGRITY VIOLATION` (with detailed evidence if any cheating/facade is detected)
