- Executed `run_independent_security_audit.py` (PASS, 0 Critical/High).
- Executed `check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict` (PASS, hard cap clean).
- Executed `check_i18n_hygiene.py --strict` (PASS, 0 violations).
- Executed `pytest tests/unit/test_i18n_event_bus.py` (PASS, 23/23).
- Executed `pytest tests/e2e/test_i18n_reactive_switching_e2e.py` (PASS, 1/1).
- Executed regression suites:
  - `pytest tests/unit/test_challenger_chat_m2.py tests/unit/test_challenger_m2_chat_adversarial.py` (PASS, 20/20).
  - `pytest tests/unit/test_challenger_i18n_reactive_chat.py` (PASS, 9/9).
