YOUR MISSION:
Perform rigorous forensic integrity verification on all work delivered by worker_m1:
1. Static analysis & code inspection:
   - Search for hardcoded test results, expected outputs, or artificial return values.
   - Check for dummy or facade implementations that return pre-calculated results without genuine database queries or calculations.
   - Verify that `GameDesignMatrixService` actually connects to `data/game_design_matrix.db` and executes real SQL queries.
   - Check whether `tests/unit/test_game_design_matrix.py` genuinely asserts on live data rather than mocking everything away.
2. Runtime tracing & validation:
   - Execute queries against the database directly and compare with service outputs.
   - Verify that data was actually written to `data/game_design_matrix.db`.
3. Adherence to GEMINI.md directives:
   - Anti-cheat compliance, zero lip-service, proper typing, memory efficiency.
