Task Objective:
Perform an independent forensic integrity audit of Milestone M1 Iteration 2 changes:
1. Examine:
   - `server/world/level_progression_curve.py`
   - `server/world/game_design_matrix_service.py`
   - `server/world/game_design_matrix_seeder.py`
   - `tests/e2e/test_level_progression_e2e.py`
   - `data/game_design_matrix.db`
2. Check for Integrity Forensics:
   - NO hardcoding: Ensure formulas compute dynamically.
   - NO facades: Ensure all 13 columns are genuinely computed and stored.
   - NO test circumvention or relaxed assertions: verify that line 141 in `test_level_progression_e2e.py` strictly checks `0.25 <= (delta_99 / total_lifetime) <= 0.35`.
   - Security audit: run `python tools/security/run_independent_security_audit.py`.
   - Hygiene audit: run `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict`.
3. Document audit in `c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\auditor_m1_progression_2\report.md` and `handoff.md`.
4. State binary verdict: CLEAN or INTEGRITY VIOLATION. Notify parent via `send_message`.
