Task Objective:
Perform an independent forensic integrity audit of Milestone M2 changes:
1. Inspect all created and modified source files:
   - `server/world/level_progression_types.py`
   - `server/world/level_progression_service.py`
   - `server/world/combat_engine.py`
   - `tests/unit/test_level_progression_service.py`
   - `tests/e2e/test_level_progression_e2e.py`
2. Check for Integrity Forensics:
   - NO hardcoding: Ensure level gap multipliers and death penalties compute dynamically rather than hardcoding static lookup tables or return values for tests.
   - NO dummy/facade implementations: Ensure `LevelProgressionService` genuinely computes levels, delta EXP, and penalties.
   - NO test circumvention: Verify that tests aren't mocked out to fake passes.
   - Check lines: ensure all files satisfy Hard Cap (<= 500 lines) and functions <= 50 lines.
3. Execute validation commands directly:
   - `pytest tests/unit/test_level_progression_service.py`
   - `pytest tests/e2e/test_level_progression_e2e.py -k "test_f03 or test_f04 or test_f05"`
   - `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict`
   - `python tools/security/run_independent_security_audit.py`
4. Document audit report with evidence in `c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\auditor_m2_progression_1\report.md` and `handoff.md`.
5. Provide your explicit binary verdict:
   - CLEAN
   - or INTEGRITY VIOLATION (with full evidence chain).
