Mission: Independent Forensic Integrity Audit of Post-Victory Remediation.
Verify the resolution of the Sentinel Post-Victory findings:
1. Syntax and hygiene check on client/webapp/js/data/i18n.js:
   - Run: node -c client/webapp/js/data/i18n.js
   - Run: python tools/lint/check_i18n_hygiene.py --strict
   - Verify lines <= 350.
2. Code hygiene hard cap verification:
   - Run: python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict (MUST pass with code 0 across the entire repository).
   - Verify tools/knowledge/combat_room_sync.py and tools/knowledge/combat_room_helpers.py lines <= 350.
3. Test suite verification:
   - Run: pytest tests/unit/test_i18n_event_bus.py tests/e2e/test_i18n_reactive_switching_e2e.py -v
   - Run: pytest tests/unit/test_challenger_i18n_reactive_chat.py tests/unit/test_challenger_i18n_m1_parity.py -v
   - Run: pytest tests/unit/test_challenger_i18n_hygiene_adversarial.py -v
4. Security Audit verification:
   - Run: python tools/security/run_independent_security_audit.py --build-id "RELEASE-I18N-REMEDIATED" --env STAGING
5. Write audit_report.md and standard handoff.md with binary verdict: CLEAN or INTEGRITY VIOLATION. Send completion message to orchestrator_13.
