### Objective:
Empirically verify the mathematical correctness, tag-based filtering, and conditional modifiers of `CharacterStatAggregator`:
1. Write an empirical stress-test script or test oracle (e.g. in a scratch verification script or runner in tests) that generates combinatorial combinations of:
   - Base attributes + flat additions
   - Additive percent pools (increased vs reduced)
   - Multiplicative percent pools (multiple independent more/less factors)
   - Tag-filtered modifiers (testing matched tags, mismatched tags, supersets, and empty tags)
   - Conditional modifiers (testing low health threshold, active/inactive conditions)
   - 2H weapon (+50% more base damage) and Dual Wielding (+10% APS, +15% block)
2. Execute the test oracle using `run_command` and assert exact mathematical matches.
3. Verify that the output AST matches the exact operations performed.
4. Report results and issue an unambiguous verdict (`APPROVE` or `REQUEST_CHANGES`) in `c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\challenger_1\handoff.md`.
