## Challenger Mission
Empirically challenge Milestone M3:
1. Write an adversarial stress script to challenge the benchmark tool:
   - Extreme concurrency (e.g. 50-100 concurrent tasks).
   - High listener load (10,000+ active listeners across 64 shards).
   - Burst flooding on World channel (thousands of messages) to test if p99 latency spikes or drops messages.
   - Run memory leak verification over 5+ consecutive rounds to see if heap grows linearly or plateaus.
2. Verify empirical SLAs under stress:
   - Fan-out latency p99 < 15.0ms.
   - HMAC snapshot verification < 2.0ms.
   - Residual memory growth <= 0.05MB.
3. Report empirical findings and issue a verdict (`APPROVE` or `REQUEST_CHANGES`) in `c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\challenger_chat_m3_1\handoff.md`.
