Mission: Adversarial Verification of Catalog Dictionary Parity & Parameter Interpolation.
1. Write and execute an adversarial verification test script that tests:
   - 100% key parity across all 9 languages in chat_i18n_catalog.js.
   - Microcopy length limits (no overly verbose text breaking HUD).
   - Item link tooltip translation: verify item rarities, elements, and HMAC verified/unverified badges translate correctly for all 9 languages.
   - Exception resilience: verify that FreeExileI18n.t() with missing keys, null keys, or thrown errors in subscribers does not crash the chat UI.
2. Verify all assertions pass empirically.
3. Write challenge_report.md and standard handoff.md with verdict: CONFIRM_CORRECT or CHALLENGE_FAILED. Send message to orchestrator_13.
