Mission: Adversarial Stress-Testing of Reactive E2E & Unit Test Coverage.
1. Write and execute an adversarial stress test script:
   - Stress-test rapid programmatic switching between all 9 languages in under 1 second.
   - Test that DOM updates match catalog expectations for non-Latin scripts (Chinese characters, Japanese kanji/kana, Korean hangul, Thai script, German umlauts, Russian cyrillic).
   - Test that console errors remain exactly 0 under stress.
   - Verify that test_i18n_event_bus.py and test_i18n_reactive_switching_e2e.py are resilient against race conditions and headless timeouts.
2. Verify all assertions pass empirically.
3. Write challenge_report.md and standard handoff.md with verdict: CONFIRM_CORRECT or CHALLENGE_FAILED. Send message to orchestrator_13.
