## Attack Surface
- **Hypotheses tested**:
  - H1: Importing in un-shimmed Node.js environment without window throws ReferenceError -> DEFEATED (universal root binding).
  - H2: Non-finite inputs (NaN, undefined, null, Infinity, strings) evaluate boundary checks to false and return undefined -> DEFEATED (Number.isFinite check returns WALL=2).
  - H3: Truncated or corrupt binary buffers cause OOB reads or fake POI object generation -> DEFEATED (minExpectedLength check rejects with null).
  - H4: Invalid coordinates in setTileAt corrupt memory -> DEFEATED (bounds check returns false without mutation).
  - H5: High-frequency lookups suffer throughput starvation -> DEFEATED (76.71 - 92.57 MQPS achieved, well exceeding 30 MQPS requirement).
  - H6: Long-running lookups leak memory -> DEFEATED (zero allocation in hot path, heap delta stabilizes).
- **Vulnerabilities found**: 0 unmitigated vulnerabilities found. All 8 vectors tested in stress harness are resolved.
