Your Task:
Empirically stress-test the multilingual dictionary and wiki documentation:
1. Write and execute an adversarial Python test script in your working directory (e.g., `adversarial_i18n_wiki_test.py`) that:
   - Evaluates `I18N_CATALOG` across all 9 languages for all 143 keys.
   - Tests key parity, empty strings, null fallbacks, interpolation injection (`{name}`, `{service}`), and special unicode/escape sequences (`\u007b`, `\u007d`).
   - Simulates 1,000 rapid random language switching cycles across all 9 languages and verifies zero memory leak or DOM corruption.
   - Asserts that all 23 description keys across all 9 languages strictly satisfy 1-sentence technical spec format (<= 100 characters, exactly 1 terminal period, 0 newlines).
   - Validates that all 14 wiki articles exist in `wiki/vi/`, `wiki/en/`, `wiki/zh/`, and every markdown link resolves to a valid existing file.
2. Run standard suite tests:
   - `pytest tests/e2e/test_ui_typography_i18n_wiki_streamlining_e2e.py -v`
   - `python -m unittest tests/unit/test_webapp_localization_engine.py -v`
   - `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict`

Provide an explicit verdict in your report: `APPROVE` or `REQUEST_CHANGES`.
