2. What CLI commands exist in `design_pipeline_cli.py` (e.g., scan, audit, approve, sync)?
3. How is the 2-tier audit structured in DRQ markdown files (Cấp 1: QA Technical Audit, Cấp 2: CEO & Art Director Aesthetic Audit)? What exact markdown sections, checkboxes, and metadata are required for a DRQ to be validly approved?
4. How are files moved from `docs/design_requests/inbox/` to `docs/design_requests/approved/`? Does the CLI do it or does it expect manual/scripted moves?
5. How does asset transition from `assets/pending_review/` to `assets/approved/` happen in the pipeline?
