Your mission:
Conduct an in-depth survey of the Chat UI and all related chat UI components in FreeExile:
1. Read ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md.
2. Examine client/webapp/js/ui/chat_ui.js and related files (HTML in client/webapp/index.html, css in client/webapp/css/, any chat models or network handlers).
3. Identify EVERY hardcoded Vietnamese and English string in chat_ui.js (channel tabs: World, Guild, Party, Whisper, System; input placeholder; cooldown timer messages; permission/privilege notices; item link tooltips; system alert banners; error messages).
4. Analyze how chat_ui.js is currently initialized and rendered. Is there any existing re-render or update function? What happens when language is changed?
5. Identify how Chat UI interacts with settings and the i18n system.
6. Provide a detailed inventory of all strings needing localization keys, the required reactive hook/event listener, and recommended architecture for dynamic re-rendering without page reload.
7. Write your comprehensive report to c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\explorer_survey_chat_1\survey_report.md and write a standard handoff report to c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\explorer_survey_chat_1\handoff.md. Send a completion message back to orchestrator_13.
