Your mission:
Investigate the testing and linting infrastructure for multi-tiered anti-regression:
1. Read ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md.
2. Examine existing tools in tools/lint/ (e.g., check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py, verify_game_design_matrix.py, etc.) and test suites in tests/.
3. Inspect how linters check code hygiene and how unit tests run (pytest, node, browser test runners).
4. Investigate how we can build:
   - A static linter / hygiene check tool (in Python or Node) that scans UI files (especially chat_ui.js and other UI scripts) to detect hardcoded Vietnamese text / non-ASCII unicode strings / missing i18n keys.
   - Unit tests that test the i18n event bus: registering listeners, triggering language changes, dictionary parity (ensuring all keys exist in both vi and en), fallback behavior.
   - E2E or integration test script to verify that language switching dynamically updates DOM elements without reloading the page.
5. Formulate the concrete test plan and verification strategy for Milestone 2 and Milestone 4.
6. Write your comprehensive report to c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\explorer_survey_tests_1\survey_report.md and write a standard handoff report to c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\explorer_survey_tests_1\handoff.md. Send a completion message back to orchestrator_13.
