Your task is a comprehensive audit of game encyclopedia/wiki and documentation hygiene:
1. Examine all files under `wiki/` (including `wiki/vi/`, `wiki/zh/`, `wiki/en/`, and any other language directories) and `docs/`:
   - List every wiki file, its current size, line count, and content structure.
   - Identify verbose lore narratives, flowery prose, and emotional storytelling that clutter technical quick-reference.
   - Map out how to convert verbose paragraphs into Diátaxis-compliant reference tables (Reference specs), compact bullet points, and quick parameters.
2. Review `tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py`:
   - Analyze strict hygiene rules for documentation files (soft cap 400 lines, hard cap 600 lines, link formats `file:///...`).
   - Check if any wiki or doc files currently violate or are close to violating hygiene thresholds.
3. Deliver a comprehensive handoff report in `c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\explorer_survey_wiki_1\handoff.md`.
4. Report back when done via `send_message`.
