1. **Decompose**: Scope divided into 4 Implementation Milestones (M1: UI & Typography, M2: Multilingual Lexicon 9-Langs, M3: Wiki & Diátaxis Streamlining, M4: Final Verification & 100% E2E Pass) + E2E Testing Track.
2. **Dispatch & Execute**:
   - Assess predecessor status: M1, M2, M3 have been largely implemented or completed in predecessor's track; E2E Testing Track created `tests/e2e/test_ui_typography_i18n_wiki_streamlining_e2e.py` and published `TEST_READY.md`.

   - When all tests pass 100% and audit passes, formulate victory report and notify Sentinel.
3. **On failure**: Retry -> Replace -> Skip -> Redistribute -> Redesign -> Escalate.
4. **Succession**: Self-succeed at 16 spawns if necessary.
