### Objective:
Independently review the work product delivered by `worker_core_1` with focus on robustness and edge cases:
1. Examine error handling, edge cases, and boundary conditions:
   - What happens when a player has no equipment or empty inventory?
   - What happens when Meridian service returns no passives?
   - Are negative stat values, zero base stats, or extreme multiplier values handled gracefully?
   - Does `server_engine_loop.py` properly fall back to defaults when `aggregated_stats` is omitted?
   - Is the SQLite database handling in `FormulaPersistenceService` robust against connection leaks, lock contention, and WAL mode configurations?
2. Execute test and validation commands:
   - `pytest tests/unit/test_character_stat_aggregator.py`
   - `pytest tests/unit/test_isometric_engine_loop.py`
   - `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict`
3. Document findings and issue an unambiguous verdict (`APPROVE` or `REQUEST_CHANGES`) in `c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\reviewer_2\handoff.md`.
