## Review Scope & Verification
Examine and verify pipeline lifecycle and client sync:
1. Pipeline Report Status:
   - Run `python -m tools.asset_pipeline.design_pipeline_cli report`.
   - Verify `inbox: 0` and `approved: 39` (an increase of 21 from 18).
2. DRQ Markdown Approvals:
   - Inspect `docs/design_requests/approved/` for the 21 new DRQ files.
   - Verify Section 4 deliverable checkboxes are marked `- [x]`.
   - Verify Section 5 contains Stage 1 QA Technical Audit `PASS` and Stage 2 CEO Aesthetic Audit `APPROVED`.
3. Client WebApp Synchronization:
   - Verify assets are synchronized to `client/webapp/assets/<subfolder>/` per the destination mapping matrix in `PROJECT.md`.
   - Check that files in `client/webapp/assets/` are non-empty.
4. Unit Tests:
   - Run `pytest tests/unit/test_design_pipeline_manager.py` and verify all tests pass.

Provide an explicit verdict: `APPROVE` or `REQUEST_CHANGES`.
