- Identified Critical Security Vulnerability (Stored XSS): `msg.senderName` unescaped in `row.innerHTML`, and `"` not escaped in `renderMessageHtml`, allowing attribute breakout in `<button data-name="${name}">`.
- Identified Major Security / Facade Vulnerability: Unverified fallback item links in `chat_ui.js` display green `[✓ HMAC Xác Thực]` badge with fabricated affixes, defeating HMAC anti-spoofing guarantees.
- Verdict: `REQUEST_CHANGES` due to Critical/High security issues under the Independent Security Veto Gate (`GEMINI.md`).

  - HMAC spoofing bypass: VULNERABILITY CONFIRMED (Unverified item link displays `✓ HMAC Xác Thực`).
- **Vulnerabilities found**:
  1. Critical: Stored XSS in `chat_ui.js` via unescaped `msg.senderName` and double-quote attribute breakout in `data-name`.
  2. Major: Unverified item tag clicks in `chat_ui.js` fabricate stats and present fake `✓ HMAC Xác Thực` badge.
  3. Minor: Unbounded growth of `snapshotCache` / `cachedSnapshots`.
