- Completed independent code review of `tools/stress/chat_load_benchmark.py` and `tests/unit/test_chat_load_benchmark.py`.
- Conducted adversarial checks: verified absence of integrity violations, hardcoded metrics, or facade shortcuts.
- Executed unit tests: `python -m unittest tests/unit/test_chat_load_benchmark.py` -> 8/8 PASS in 0.316s.
- Executed 1M CCU stress benchmark tool: p99 = 7.771ms (< 15ms), HMAC p99 = 0.042ms (< 2ms), Residual growth = 0.0025MB (<= 0.05MB) -> ALL SLAs PASS.
- Executed full regressions: 42/42 tests PASS.
- Executed hygiene audit: 0 hard cap violations.
- Writing handoff report `handoff.md`.
