Perform an objective review of client architecture, zero-allocation enforcement, and test modularization:
1. Inspect `client/cocos/assets/scripts/animation/SpriteAtlasRenderer.ts`:
   - Verify zero-allocation hot path (reusable `_scratchRect = new Rect()`, pre-baked `_uvCache`).
   - Verify flexible manifest parsing (explicit frame definitions and sequential grid fallback) with pivot `[0.5, 0.90]`.
   - Verify file length is strictly under 500 lines (and under 350 lines).
2. Inspect `client/cocos/assets/scripts/combat/SkillVfxPlayer.ts`:
   - Verify event listening to `skillCasted` from `CombatController.ts`.
   - Verify node pooling mechanism with zero runtime heap allocation.
   - Verify file length is under 350 lines.
3. Inspect modularized test files:
   - `tests/e2e_cocos/vfx_test_helpers.py`
   - `tests/e2e_cocos/test_vfx_texture_atlas_pipeline_e2e.py`
   - `tests/e2e_cocos/test_vfx_scaffolding_and_parity_e2e.py`
   Verify all are strictly under the 500-line Hard Cap.
4. Run verification commands:
   - `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict`
   - `cd client/cocos && npm run build:web`
   - `pytest tests/e2e_cocos/test_vfx_texture_atlas_pipeline_e2e.py -v`
