Mission: Review Milestone 2 E2E Test Suite & Regression Impact.
1. Review code in:
   - tests/e2e/test_i18n_reactive_switching_e2e.py (192 lines <= 350 soft cap)
2. Verify:
   - Playwright headless execution on Windows with Microsoft Edge channel.
   - Zero page reload verification (window.__sessionNavCount === 1).
   - Dynamic update assertions for tabs, placeholders, buttons, cooldown badges across languages.
   - Round-trip multi-language cycle (VI -> EN -> ZH -> JA -> KO -> VI).
   - Zero console errors assertion.
3. Run test commands:
   - pytest tests/e2e/test_i18n_reactive_switching_e2e.py -v
   - pytest tests/unit/test_challenger_chat_m2.py tests/unit/test_challenger_m2_chat_adversarial.py
   - pytest tests/e2e/test_ui_typography_i18n_wiki_streamlining_e2e.py
4. Write review_report.md and standard handoff.md with clear verdict: APPROVE or REQUEST_CHANGES. Send message to orchestrator_13.
