## Verification Required
1. Run Playwright E2E browser tests:
   `pytest tests/e2e/test_pc_desktop_client_e2e.py -v`
   (Verify that all tests pass, including `test_tier1_fullscreen_canvas_and_mobile_absence` and `test_tier1_zero_console_errors_audit`)
2. Run clean headless browser load diagnostic (without test harness injection) to confirm:
   - 0 PageErrors / 0 Console errors
   - 0 `.iphone-frame` count
   - `fe_sim_mode` is `'fullscreen'`
3. Run all unit tests:
   `pytest tests/unit/test_pc_input_controller.py tests/unit/test_pc_web_client.py tests/unit/test_pc_web_client_layout.py tests/unit/test_mobile_webapp_config.py -v`
4. Confirm zero mobile webapp regression.
