Review Milestone 1 implementation:
- Files: `server/world/map_style_types.py`, `map_style_schema.py`, `map_style_service.py`, `map_style_catalog.py`, `client/webapp/js/data/map_style_catalog.js`, `data/map_styles.db`.
- Tests: `tests/unit/test_map_styles_db.py`, `tests/unit/test_map_styles_catalog_sync.py`.
- Run tests via pytest and verify line counts, types, code style, and backward compatibility.
Report verdict (APPROVE / REQUEST_CHANGES) in `handoff.md`.
