Examine:

- `client/webapp/js/ui/templates/*.js`
- `client/webapp/js/engine/vfx_renderer.js`

Verify:
- All buttons, tabs, navigation items have <= 2 words.
- All bilingual `A (B)` parenthetical strings are completely removed.
- All fonts are pure modern sans-serif (no Cinzel, no Noto Serif).
- Mobile iPhone 15 Pro (393px width) and desktop ergonomics.

Run Verification Commands:
- `pytest tests/e2e/test_ui_typography_i18n_wiki_streamlining_e2e.py -v`
- `python -m unittest tests/e2e/test_ui_typography_i18n_wiki_streamlining_e2e.py -v`
- `python -m unittest tests/unit/test_webapp_localization_engine.py -v`

Provide an explicit verdict in your report: `APPROVE` or `REQUEST_CHANGES`.

4. Run:
