Verify:
- 100% key parity across all 9 languages (VI, EN, ZH, JA, KO, TH, DE, RU, ES) for all 143 keys.
- Action, NPC, currency terms strictly <= 2 words.
- All 20+ tooltips and skills are single-sentence technical specs (<= 100 chars, 0 newlines).
- All 14 wiki articles exist across VI, EN, ZH with Diátaxis Reference structure and no broken links.
- Code hygiene caps (catalog <= 700 lines, doc files <= 400 lines).

Run Verification Commands:
