Task Objective:
Conduct an in-depth survey of the database and progression schemas for the Level 1-100 Piecewise Exponential EXP Curve and Database Seeder requirements:
1. Examine `data/game_design_matrix.db` using sqlite or Python inspection tools. Specifically examine the schema and existing rows of `progression_benchmarks` and any related progression/character tables.
2. Inspect `server/world/game_design_matrix_seeder.py` and `server/world/game_design_matrix_service.py`. Understand how progression benchmarks are generated, stored, and queried.
3. Inspect how character level, experience (current_exp, exp_to_next_level), and stats are represented across the server (`server/world/`, `server/models/` or dataclasses) and client (`client/webapp/`).
4. Detail exactly what columns and schema changes are needed in `progression_benchmarks` to support the 100 levels piecewise EXP curve, level gap penalties, and tier death penalties.
5. Provide precise feature specifications and constraints for the upcoming Milestones.
