- Verify research synthesis and market survey of at least 5 games (01/2026 - 10/2026) with AI agents, latency architectures (System 1 vs System 2), and FreeExile dual-brain comparison.
- Verify CEO strategic alignment and 3 breakthrough Feral Totem mechanics (Cổ Võ 2.5D, ARPG PoE2 seasonal realm, anti-VLTK siege).
- Verify docs/roadmap/ROADMAP_2026_2027.md and docs/roadmap/NEXT_VERSION_DEVELOPMENT_PLAN.md exist, follow Diátaxis, contain tables and Mermaid diagrams, and satisfy line count <= 400 lines (hard cap <= 600 lines).
- Verify all links in the roadmap documents are valid.
- Independently run: `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict` and verify it exits with code 0 (zero errors).
- Independently run: `python tools/lint/check_documentation_system.py --strict` and verify it exits with code 0.
