This is a post-remediation Victory Re-Audit for the FreeExile Reactive i18n & Chat UI Architecture Overhaul.
Prior audit (victory_auditor_6) identified 2 blocking items:
1. SyntaxError in client/webapp/js/data/i18n.js (missing `});` around line 269).
2. Hard cap line count violation in tools/knowledge/combat_room_sync.py (531 lines > 500 hard cap).

Both issues have been remediated by worker_remediation_1 (see handoff at c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\worker_remediation_1\handoff.md).

Conduct the full independent 3-phase victory audit:
Phase 1 — Timeline & Progression Audit:
- Verify remediation sequence and chronology.

Phase 2 — Anti-Cheating & Integrity Forensics:
- Verify client/webapp/js/data/i18n.js, client/webapp/js/data/chat_i18n_catalog.js, client/webapp/js/ui/chat_ui.js, and client/webapp/index.html.
- Confirm zero facade implementations, zero hardcoded test outputs, zero fake mocks.
- Confirm zero hardcoded Vietnamese strings used for UI rendering in chat_ui.js.
- Confirm 100% 9-language parity for all 77 keys in chat_i18n_catalog.js matching GLOBAL_LOCALIZATION_DICTIONARY.md.

Phase 3 — Independent Test Execution:
- Independently execute and verify:
  1. node -c client/webapp/js/data/i18n.js
  2. python tools/lint/check_i18n_hygiene.py --strict
  3. python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict
