## Key Decisions Made
- Modularized QA runner into `qa_harness_utils.py` and `run_browser_qa_suite.py` to maintain <= 350 lines and <= 50 lines per function.
- Repaired `SFXEngine.playWeaponSlash()` in `client/webapp/js/audio/sfx_engine.js` so that `sfxEngine.playWeaponSlash()` aliases to `playBladeSlash()`, resolving runtime audio exception.
- Collected non-simulated real browser metrics into `docs/qa/reports/telemetry/qa_browser_telemetry.json`.
- All 7 departmental reports and master executive summary authored adhering to 9-part schema and strict hygiene caps.
