   to:

   background-image: url('../../webapp/assets/skills/martial_skills_atlas.png');
   ```
   (and also support `/assets/skills/martial_skills_atlas.png`).
2. In `tools/serve_web_pc.py`:
   Ensure any request starting with `/web_pc/css/assets/` or `/assets/` routes directly to `WEBAPP_DIR / "assets"`.

## Verification Required
1. Run Playwright E2E tests: `pytest tests/e2e/test_pc_desktop_client_e2e.py -v`
2. Run clean headless browser test: verify 0 PageErrors, 0 console 404s, and that `#skill-q .skill-icon` has valid naturalWidth > 0.
3. Run hygiene: `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py`
