OBJECTIVE:
Remediate the hygiene linter finding so that `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict` exits cleanly with code 0, clean rogue files in `.agents/teamwork/`, and run full verification commands.

TASKS:
1. Ensure `tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py` has `".agents"` in `EXCLUDE_DIRS`. (Inspect the file; make sure it's properly formatted).
2. Clean rogue non-metadata test file `.agents/teamwork/reviewer_m1_2/adversarial_tests.py` and purge any `__pycache__` artifacts in `.agents/teamwork/`.
3. Run `python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict` and document the exact output and exit code (must be 0).
4. Run `python tools/lint/check_documentation_system.py --strict` and document the exact output and exit code (must be 0).
5. Run `pytest tests/unit/test_agent_decision_core.py tests/unit/test_agent_orb_service.py tests/unit/test_llm_provider_client.py tests/unit/test_zone_monster_spawning_rules.py` and document passing results.
6. Write a structured 5-component `handoff.md` (Observation, Logic Chain, Caveats, Conclusion, Verification Method) in `c:\Projects\FreeExile\.agents\teamwork\worker_orch7_1\handoff.md`.
7. Send a message to parent upon completion.
