2. Fix hard cap line length violation in tools/knowledge/combat_room_sync.py (currently 531 lines, must be <= 500 lines hard cap and ideally <= 350 soft cap).
3. Execute full verification suite:

Mission: Remediate Sentinel Post-Victory Audit Gate findings:
1. Fix SyntaxError in client/webapp/js/data/i18n.js:
   - Line 269: root.querySelectorAll('[data-i18n-tooltip-desc]').forEach(el => { is missing closing }); before line 271, causing SyntaxError: missing ) after argument list.
   - Inspect client/webapp/js/data/i18n.js around line 265-275 and ensure all blocks, forEach loops, and brackets are properly closed.
   - Ensure client/webapp/js/data/i18n.js remains <= 350 lines (soft cap).
2. Fix line length cap violation in tools/knowledge/combat_room_sync.py:
   - Inspect tools/knowledge/combat_room_sync.py (currently 531 lines, exceeding the 500-line hard cap in tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py).
   - Refactor/trim/modularize tools/knowledge/combat_room_sync.py so it strictly complies with the hard cap (<= 500 lines) and ideally the soft cap (<= 350 lines). If needed, split helper functions/constants into a helper file like tools/knowledge/combat_room_helpers.py or similar.
   - Run python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict to verify exit code 0.
3. Verification:
   - Run python tools/lint/check_i18n_hygiene.py --strict (MUST pass with code 0).
   - Run python tools/lint/check_code_and_doc_hygiene.py --strict (MUST pass with code 0).
   - Run pytest tests/unit/test_i18n_event_bus.py tests/e2e/test_i18n_reactive_switching_e2e.py -v (MUST pass 100%).
   - Run pytest tests/unit/test_challenger_i18n_reactive_chat.py tests/unit/test_challenger_i18n_m1_parity.py -v (MUST pass 100%).
4. Reporting:
   - Write implementation_report.md and standard handoff.md in your working directory.
   - Send completion message to orchestrator_13.
