# Dispatch for worker_streamline_1

## Objective
Implement targeted streamlining fixes for UI, Typography, and I18n Lexicon to unlock 100% of all E2E and unit tests.

## Specific Tasks
1. In `client/webapp/index.html`:
   - Remove `Noto Serif` and `Cinzel` from the Google Fonts CDN `<link>` (line 11).
   - In `tailwind.config` (line 9), remove the `cinzel:` key and ensure all font stacks are pure sans-serif (`Be Vietnam Pro`, `Inter`, `system-ui`, `sans-serif`).
   - Line 34: Condense `#hud-char-status-card` tooltip description to a single sentence (e.g., `Kẻ Lưu Đày Vô Danh cấp độ 1.`).
   - Line 161–164: In `#hud-interaction-prompt`, change button text so it does not exceed 2 words.

2. In `client/webapp/css/main.css`:
   - Remove `--font-cinzel` and `.font-cinzel` declarations; replace with `--font-serif: var(--font-body)` or clean sans-serif tokens without `cinzel`.

3. In `client/webapp/js/engine/vfx_renderer.js`:
   - Line 249: Change `ctx.font = dtObj.isCrit ? 'bold 14px "Cinzel", "Be Vietnam Pro", serif' : ...` to pure sans-serif without `Cinzel` or `serif` (e.g. `'bold 14px "Be Vietnam Pro", sans-serif'`).

4. In `client/webapp/js/data/i18n_catalog.js`:
   - In `tooltip_skill_dodge_desc` (all locales, especially `vi` and `en`), replace `'0.25s'` with `'250ms'` to eliminate internal dots.
   - In `tooltip_meridian_desc` (in `vi`), replace `'1.500'` with `'1500'` to eliminate internal dots.
   - Maintain horizontal compact formatting (<= 700 lines).

5. In template catalogs (`template_catalog_endgame.js`, `template_catalog_auth.js`, `template_catalog_system.js`, `template_catalog_activities.js`, `template_catalog_world.js`):
   - Trim button microcopy so all buttons have <= 2 words.
   - Purge parenthetical bilingual strings `(English)` from `<label>` and `<h3>` tags.

Your mission:
Apply the targeted fixes detailed in DISPATCH.md and explorer handoffs to resolve all 4 skipped E2E tests:
1. In index.html:
   - Remove Cinzel/Noto Serif from Google Fonts CDN link.
   - Remove cinzel token from tailwind.config (map wuxia and sans to clean sans-serif).
   - Condense #hud-char-status-card tooltip description to 1 sentence.
   - Ensure #hud-interaction-prompt button has <= 2 words.
2. In main.css:
   - Remove --font-cinzel and .font-cinzel; ensure only clean sans-serif tokens.
3. In vfx_renderer.js:
   - Line 249: Change crit font from 'Cinzel' / serif to 'Be Vietnam Pro', sans-serif.
4. In i18n_catalog.js:
   - Replace '0.25s' with '250ms' in tooltip_skill_dodge_desc across all locales.
   - Replace '1.500' with '1500' in tooltip_meridian_desc in vi locale.
   - Ensure file stays <= 700 lines.
5. In template catalogs:
   - Trim button labels to <= 2 words.
   - Purge (English) parentheticals from labels and headers.

Verification:
