## Key Decisions Made
- Verified 140/140 Ep01 shots resolve to 35 physical images on disk, all >= 720p.
- Empirically executed all 5 required test suites: 158/158 tests passed with 0 failures and 0 regressions.
- Identified and diagnosed heuristic flaw in test_m3_challenger1_probe.py (false positives from scene setting anchor conflation).
- Confirmed MUSE_DRY_RUN mock engine is completely transparent, documented, and produces valid synthetic media via FFmpeg and OpenCV.

## Attack Surface
- **Hypotheses tested**:
  * Hypothesis 1: Start Frame mappings might reference non-existent or dummy 0-byte images. Result: REJECTED (all 35 files exist, sizes 151KB-1961KB, valid 1280x720).
  * Hypothesis 2: Shot Gate retake loop might have hardcoded test shot bypasses (`if shot_id == 'test...'`). Result: REJECTED (0 test branches found via AST & regex).
  * Hypothesis 3: Audio Guard might be missing from prompt files. Result: REJECTED (188/188 ep01 prompts strictly compliant).
  * Hypothesis 4: Tests might mock physical disk checks. Result: REJECTED (physical file & image tests are completely unmocked).
- **Vulnerabilities found**:
  * External probe heuristic fragility: `tests/test_m3_challenger1_probe.py` contained naive string checks that conflated location setting anchors (e.g. `THƯ PHÒNG KIM TRỌNG`) with character identities, creating false positives when character dialogue used `Kiều` instead of `Thúy Kiều`. Production pipeline's multi-layered resolution is robust.
