  * Test suite authenticity: Verified `test_production_pipeline_m4.py` executes on real media. 15/15 PASS.
  * Regression suites: M3 (16/16 PASS), Adversarial Audio (6/6 PASS), Critic Gate (30/30 PASS), Tier 5 Hardening (20/20 PASS).
  * Regression test failure: `test_m2_hygiene.py` FAILED (1 failed, 5 passed).
  * Asset integrity: `04_Assets/archive/ep01_legacy_v1/` intact (185 items). In `04_Assets/characters/`, 62 tracked files intact, but 40 untracked turnaround sheets polluted directory, breaking `test_character_portraits_unharmed`.
  * Fallback bug: `production_orchestrator.py:1170` `.replace("ffmpeg", "ffprobe")` breaks executable path on Windows.
- **Findings so far**: INTEGRITY VIOLATION — `test_m2_hygiene.py` failed and asset invariant violated; silent clip detection broken in orchestrator fallback.
