  - Clean slate in keyframes: FAIL (found unpurged directory `04_Assets/keyframes/ep01_scene10_shot14` from 09:53:40, plus `ep01_scene01_shot01` from PID 41044).
  - Test suite pass rate: FAIL (Worker claimed 6/6 pass; `pytest tests/test_m2_hygiene.py` exits code 1 with assertions failing).
  - Character portrait raster integrity: PASS (14/14 core PNGs and 62/62 total PNGs verified with PIL `verify()` and `load()`).
- **Vulnerabilities found**:
  - `04_Assets/keyframes/ep01_scene10_shot14` was not purged / was recreated, breaking `test_keyframes_ep01_purged`.
  - Premature background process PID 41044 executing `--batch-scene ep01_scene01` while M2 verification is underway, polluting `04_Assets/videos/` and `04_Assets/keyframes/`.
  - Inconsistency between worker handoff claims ("6 passed in 0.20s") and actual test suite execution.
