  2. Hypothesis: Keyframes directory contains 0 Ep01 folders. Result: FAILED. `ep01_scene10_shot14` was never cleaned up (created 09:53:40), plus new directories `ep01_scene01_shot01`, `ep01_scene01_shot02` written by PID 41044.
  3. Hypothesis: Automated hygiene test suite `tests/test_m2_hygiene.py` passes 6/6 cleanly. Result: FAILED (2 failed, 4 passed).
