  2. Hypothesis: Archived MP4 files might contain 0-byte or corrupted headers. Tested all 184 files; 184/184 have valid `ftyp` headers and aggregate 2.25 GB.
  3. Hypothesis: Premature `ep01_*.mp4` or keyframe dirs might linger or be recreated by status check. Tested before and after `--list-shots`; exactly 0 Ep01 videos and 0 Ep01 keyframes exist.
  4. Hypothesis: `extract_tail_frame` might create orphan empty directories on corrupt/missing input. Tested both cases; hardening verified (0 orphan directories).
  5. Hypothesis: Character portraits might have been altered or deleted. Tested all 62 character assets with PIL; all 14 core portraits have exact expected dimensions.
  6. Hypothesis: Regressions introduced in tier 1-5 test suites. Executed full suites (155 tests in runner, 65 in tier 1, 80 in tier 2/3, 30 in tier 4/5); 100% PASS.
- **Vulnerabilities found**: None.
- **Untested angles**: Hardware GPU render (requires live Muse.ai network and credentials, properly scoped to M3).
